Good Evening Seahawks!
This message is about School Lunch Accounts, our next Math Lunch and Learn, Upcoming Testing and Saturday Boot Camp.
As you may already know our school was the first school to go up on the new point of service system in the cafeteria and we have had some difficulties with myschoolbucks communicating with our system. We wanted to let you know that the issues have been resolved however it is taking 1 to 2 business days for payments to post to your students account on site. If your student needs money for school lunch please feel free to send in a check or cash with them, this will update on their account immediately.
Our Biology EOC Review LNL was a big success today. Our next LNL is next Wednesday, May 3rd. This math LNL will be a Trigonometry Review. This would be great for current geometry students to preview more advanced trig topics, for Algebra 2 students who are going into Pre-Calc next year, or for current pre-calc students who need to review this area before their final exam. Please visit our website: slhs.pasco.k12.fl.us, click on the student tab, and the Student LNL Registration link. Student Government provides a free lunch for participants on that day!
Here's a glance at upcoming testing. Tomorrow we will hold the US History EOC. The majority of testers are Ms. Williams, Mr. Bennett and Mr. Scott's students. Monday the US History EOC will be held to include Mr. Hodros and Mr. Mowery's students. Tuesday through Thursday will be the Biology EOC for the students in Ms. Bylsma, Ms. Pugh, Ms. Abbey and Ms. Sabater's classes. Monday and Tuesday will be the Algebra 1 EOC for Ms. Pledge and Mr. Beade Duarte's students. Wednesday and Thursday students in Mr. Howe and Ms. Hall's Algebra 1 classes will take their EOC.
Finally, our last Algebra 1 EOC Boot Camp will be held this Saturday, from 9:00-12:00 in building 300. This is your last opportunity for review before the Algebra 1 EOC next week. There is no sign up, just show up!
