Community Service

Community Service

Community Service is charitable in nature, with the goal of benefitting the community and it’s needs.  Community service must be completed outside of a student’s regular school day and are NOT eligible for financial reimbursement for services rendered. Activities which take place during normal service hours are not accepted (i.e. choir, usher, church nursery); however, community projects, such as beautifying a community in conjunction with the church are acceptable.

Self-Generated Forms

If you are participating in many community service opportunities, you may use self created logs with specifics about each of the projects, hours completed and a signature of your supervisor.  When turning in these logs, please complete and include the first page of attached Community Service Form for consistency purposed.  The cover sheet must be completed entirely including the description of the services performed.
