PROCEDURES FOR LOCKER CLEAN OUT AND EQUIPMENT RETURNS:

ATTIRE:

Students MUST wear masks or bandanas and follow CDC Recommendations of Social Distancing.  At no time are students allowed to congregate on campus.  They must perform locker clean outs and equipment returns, then exit campus. Students must bring their own bag to carry out personal items.

LOCKERS & LAPTOP RETURNS:  

Students must complete the form below to schedule an appointment time.  This form limits 8 students in each commons area for locker clean out and computer return (4L, 4R, 3L, 3R).  Students will schedule appointments on the date designated for their class:

  • Seniors – May 26
  • Juniors – May 27
  • Sophomores – May 28
  • Freshman – May 29

****APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER FOR LOCKER CLEAN OUT/EQUIPMENT RETURN****

Entrance for each individual commons area will be the doors nearest to each Assistant Principal’s office.  There will be a que for students waiting with lines taped to the sidewalk a minimum of 6 feet apart.

Students will empty the contents of their lockers.  Personal belongings will be placed in a bag that the students bring with them.  All textbooks will be placed on tables designated for each subject area.

Laptops AND power cords will be returned to a table placed in each teaching planning area for that commons area.

Students will exit the opposite end of the commons area so as not to congregate with students who are waiting in the que.

PE LOCKERS & ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT RETURN:

Entrance for the gym will be located in the breezeway located next to building 4.  A que will extend to the parking lot sidewalk adjacent to building 4 with lines taped to the sidewalk a minimum of 6 feet apart.

Tables spaced several feet apart (minimum of 10-15 ft) for each coach who needs equipment returned.  Students will return equipment to the respective table according to sport.

PE Locker cleanout will be two separate tables placed near the entrance of each locker room.  A Que will be taped on the floor with a minimum of 6 feet apart.  Students will empty personal contents into a bag that they bring with them.  Exit will be the doors at the opposite ends of each locker room.

STUDENTS EXITING CAMPUS

Students will exit campus maintaining a minimum social distance of 6 feet apart to their vehicle in the student parking lot and exit campus.
