March 5 SAT Request to Leave After the Test

Parents or guardians who would like their students to leave after their SAT test will need to complete this form BEFORE/ON March 4. Once the form is completed, the student will not need to be signed out in the front office, but will receive a pass to leave campus after testing. Students are to leave campus directly after testing.
