Sunlake High School’s College/Career Specialist, Mrs. Black, is availbel throught the school year to guide students through career exploration, college search, and college application process.  Mrs. Black is available during lunch periods and throughout the school day.  However, students should not miss instructional time unless a pass is given by their teacher.  You can schedule an appointment for students and parents by emailing Mrs. Black at: rlblack@pasco.k12.fl.us

Hello, I would like to introduce myself, my name is Becky Black and I am pleased to serve Sunlake High School’s students. I have worked in Pasco County for 20+ years as a teacher, school counselor and now as the Career Specialist (2012). I assist students with their transition from high school to whatever path they choose to take beyond graduation.

I serve all high school students, however, most of the students who take advantage of my services are Seniors and Juniors. I pride myself on having an “open door” policy and I try very hard to meet the needs of every student.
