Originally launched through our Yearbook program, The Perch has grown into a proud tradition of student storytelling and reporting. Over the years, both Journalism and Yearbook students have contributed to its success—writing articles, capturing photos, and highlighting the many aspects of life at Sunlake High.
This year, the newspaper is being exclusively managed and produced by our Yearbook students, who are committed to continuing its legacy of excellence. Readers can look forward to a wide range of engaging content, including Academics, Student Life, Athletics, Opinion Pieces, and original Student Literature works.
I would like to encourage all to visit and share The Perch with your classes, colleagues, and families. It’s a wonderful way to stay connected with what’s happening across our campus and to celebrate the voices of our students.
