We “base and strength train” all summer in preparation for fall Cross Country season.  (Check with coach for schedule)

In the past two years, 11 out of 17 graduates have gone on to run at the collegiate level – most of those with scholarships in NAIA, NCAA D3, NCAA D2, and NCAA D1.
